Things to Know Before Observing
Team Schedule
9:15 a.m. Team
- 8:15 a.m. - Arrive and Enjoy Breakfast (Your children are welcome to join you.)
- 8:25 a.m. - Team Meeting
- 8:35 a.m. - Team Huddles With Your Coach
- 8:45 a.m. - In Positions To Serve Guests
- 9:00 a.m. - Doors Open
- 9:15 a.m. - Service begins
- 10:15 a.m. - Return to positions for “fond farewell”
11:15 a.m. Team
- 10:15 a.m. - Arrive and Enjoy Breakfast (Your children are welcome to join you.)
- 10:25 a.m. - Team Meeting
- 10:35 a.m. - Team Huddles With Your Coach
- 10:45 a.m. - In Positions To Serve Guests
- 11:00 a.m. - Doors Open
- 11:15 a.m. - Service begins
- 12:15 p.m. - Return to positions for “fond farewell”
Dress Code
- Shirt: Please wear your Guest Services shirt while you are volunteering.
- Pants: Jeans and pants with no holes are appropriate
- Shorts of appropriate length can only be worn by the Parking and Wagoneer Team.
- Name Tag: Your name tag goes on your right side.
- Shoes: Close-toed shoes or sandals with a backstrap may be worn. No flip flops.
